I was on my way home to Shelby (OH), from Ohio U (about 150 miles), when my Trailblazer broke down in Nelsonville. When the AAA tow truck arrived they ask me where I wanted to go, and I told them that the state trooper who helped me suggested going to Logan and the Don Wood’s Dealership. When we arrived at the dealership I was met by Justin Booth who I told my situation and he got me in immediately. When diagnosed it was found that I need a new battery and alternator. they had the battery but had to order the part in over night. So they helped me find a hotel to stay at as well as took me to the hotel and picked me back up to pick up my vehicle. The Trailblazer was finished at the time they promised. The service department in my opinion went way out of there way to help someone far from home. I appreciate all that they did, and would recommend this dealership to everyone.

I’m actually from Barry’s Bay, Ontario. My wife and I were in the middle of Hocking Hills State Park when our van started leaking gas. We raced to your dealership in Logan. I think that Justin was the service manager who helped us in our emergency. We were 1000 miles from home on our way to Oklahoma. At noon on a busy Friday (September 23rd), Justin pulled a mechanic away from another job to help us. Fortunately for us, the problem was quicly fixed although we imagined many serious scenarios. Nevertheless, we will always appreciate how well-treated we were that day. We also had the fear that, as strangers, an unscrupulous garage could easily take advantage of us. My wife saw a sign inside the waiting room that said something to the effect that anyone who entered the dealership would receive good service whether they were regular customers or not. How very true! Thank you, thank you very much, Bob & Cathie Corrigan

Just want to let you know what great customer service I received from Service Advisor Justin Booth yesterday while taking my 2005 GMC Envoy in to fix the faulty fuel tank sensor. He was professional, polite and very pleasant interact with. I really appreciate it. Thanks!
